Booking and cancellation agreement

​

In consideration of the services of We Go Mexico Expeditions S.A. de C.V., their staff, agents, and all other persons or entities associated with those businesses hereinafter collectively referred to as "We Go Mexico".  I agree as follows:

 

  • Registration Forms

All of our guests are required to complete, sign and return to us the registration forms we provide including a Trip Registration form, booking and cancellation agreement, Release of Liability, waiver of claims, assumption of risk and indemnity agreement and Medical Form.

All of these forms will be forwarded to you by email or post upon confirmation of your booking.

We require that we receive these forms 40 days prior to your departure date or as soon as possible.

We Go Mexico reserves the right to refuse any services or goods to any participant at any time prior to, or during any trip without liability to provide the participant with any refund, financial or other compensation if the participant fails to provide We go Mexico with any of the registration forms or payments required in accordance with this Booking and Cancellation Agreement, or if incur in false information.

 

  • Reservations

There is no exact time frame as to how far in advance you need to book your trip but many of our expeditions fill up 3 - 8 months in advance. We suggest you reserve your space well in time.

To confirm your reservation, you must contact us trhough email wegomexico@gmail.com on our website www.wegomexico.com.mx or by phone to our offices in Cancun telephone (52 – 998) 577 0446
and conditions of payment will be given to you.

Prices are quoted in US dollars and must be paid in US dollars, Money order, bank trasfer or deposit or with all major credit cards like Visa or Mastercard.

For reservations within 40-day prior to departure, the full payment of the trip must be done when booking.

Prices quoted are based on "twin share" except for single travellers and private or family groups, and are subject to change without any previous notice.


 

  • Cancellations

Our policy is pretty straightforward, with refunds based on the number of days prior to departure that we receive written notice of your cancellation:

If, for some unfortunate reason, you have to cancel your trip, refunds will apply as follows:

40 days or more prior to package date: $ 500 US fee per person non refundable

30 – 39 days prior to package date: 25 % of total payment is non refundable

15 – 29 days prior to package date: 60 % of total payment is non refundable

0 – 14 days prior to package date: 100 % of total payment is non refundable

 

We Go Mexico reserves the right to alter or otherwise modify tours, itineraries, specific programs or activities at any time and without notice in order to keep the quality of the expedition or guarantee safety of travellers.
 

 

  • Re-schedule Option

In case you have to cancel your trip more than 90 days prior to departure, you can re-schedule your departure for within the next 6 months from the date of trip, and you have to choose the new date within the following 50 days from cancellation date. All requests about re-scheduled expedition dates will be held upon space availability previously confirmed by We Go Mexico. Participants are only permitted to transfer once. Your final balance will be transferred to the re-scheduled expedition less a $200 US administration fee per person.

In case you have to cancel your trip more than 30 days prior to departure, you can re-schedule your departure for within the next 6 months from the date of trip, and you have to choose the new date within the following 30 days from cancellation date. All requests about re-scheduled expedition dates will be held upon space availability previously confirmed by We Go Mexico.Participants are only permitted to transfer once. Your final balance will be transferred to the re-scheduled expedition less a $400 US administration fee per person.

In case you have to cancel your trip more than 15 days prior to departure, you can re-schedule your departure for within the next 3 months from the date of trip, and you have to choose the new date within the following 15 days from cancellation date. All requests about re-scheduled expedition dates will be held upon space availability previously confirmed by We Go Mexico.Participants are only permitted to transfer once. Your final balance will be transferred to the re-scheduled expedition less a $900 US administration fee per person.
 

 

  • Changes of itinerary

We Go Mexico reserves the right to modify, cancel or change any trip, itinerary or activity at any time for any reason without any previous notice if the quality of the trip or the safety of travellers is judged to be compromised.
 

 

  • No Shows

No refunds apply on “no shows” or unused portions of trips.
 

 

  • Interruption of Expedition

We Go Mexico will not be responsible for delays or expenses arising from quarantine, strikes, thefts, pilferage, force majeure, civil disturbances, government restrictions or regulations, acts of God, accidents by aircraft or other transportation.
In these cases, the itinerary will be re-scheduled the best way possible it can be in order to guarantee the quality of the trip as well as the traveler’s safety.

We Go Mexico reserves the right to decline, to accept, or to retain any person as a member of any party at any time.

 

  • Change of booked Expedition

Participants that want to change the lenght of their booked expedition will have to get in touch with We Go Mexico for an adequate arrangement.

 

  • Activities conditioned by weather factors

We Go Mexico reserves the right to cancel or change any trip or activity at any time for reasons concerning weather factors or other forces of nature if the quality of the trip or the safety of travellers is judged to be compromised.
 

 

  • Flight Itineraries

We Go Mexico will not be responsible for any change you may have with your flight reservations or itineraries. In these cases, at your arrival your party will be transferred by land to the current expedition where ever it may be according to the previously programed schedule and will continue the itinerary from then on. 

 

  • Tour leaders

All of our tour leaders and staff involved in operations and direct contact with the travelers are english spoken, well qualified in all the activities and with proper instruction in First Aids.
Our expeditions are backed up by a 24-hour a day safety net and with emergency logistics in place.

Expeditions are guided mainly in Spanish, english, franch or italian by previous request and corresponding confirmation by We Go México.

 

 

  • Activities

All of our programmed activities are designed so that almost anyone with a reasonable good health and physical condition can do. The level of dificulty would be generaly from soft to medium difficulty in all activities. Any activity might be skipped at any time and an alternate arrangement will be made afterwards to re-integrate the participant to the group when ever is possible.


We Go Mexico provides expeditions which may involve destinations and services where living standards, facilities and practices are diferent than those available in developed countries; therefore, some of these services may not always match with all travellers expectations. It is decision of We Go Mexico to select the proper itinerary including acommodations, activities and meals. It is responsability of the participant to choose the expedition that suits him better and to abide with the official itinerary, services and activities. 


 

  • Accommodations

Our accommodations are generally the bests availables at each site, we carefuly select our partners in this matter to provide you with the finest comfortability, facilities and services. Due to the nature of our itineraries, these may include from 3, 4 & 5 Stars Hotels, Special Category Cabins or even Camping Sites depending on where we spend each night.

Nevertheless, and subject to any changes that may ocurr because of circumstances out of our hands, the acommodations may change to similar or higher category facilities without any previous notice.  
 

 

  • Meals

Our meals and selected restaurants during our itineraries are generally the best available caring about hygiene and selective cuisine in regional food.  If you need a special request concerning meals due to allergies or specific dietary requirements, you need to send us a letter at least 30 days prior to your expedition clearly specifying your requests.
 

 

  • Equipment

All of our equipment is maintained to the highest standards and tested to ensure strength and quality.
 

 

  • What is included

In We Go Mexico Expeditions, all the accommodations, meals, activities, instructions and services described in the itinerary

are included unless otherwise indicated.

 

 

  • What is not included

While traveling, clients may incur in additional expenses that are not included in the package price, including, but not limited to the following items below:

- Alcoholic beverages 

- Meals and services not specified in the itinerary

- Additional and optional tours, shows or services

- Porterage and tips to local representatives, sightseeing guides, restaurant employees, hotel bellmen and chambermaids; wines, liquors, laundry or any other items of a personal nature as well as any items and additional expenses not specifically mentioned within itinerary.
- Tipping is left to the client’s discretion.

- Air fares


 

  • What to bring

- Comfortable clothing and walking shoes, (sport sandals, tennis, or hiking boots.

- Long sleeve shirts, long pants and outer clothing

- Short sleeves T-shirts and shorts

- A hat or cap to protect you from the sun is recomended.

- Bathing suit & Towel.

- Battery lamp (Head light is recomended)

- Warm coat and waterproof jacket

- Sun glasses, photographic camera

- Biodegradable suntan lotion

- Mosquito repellent (biodegradable recommended)

- Credit card and cash for tips, videos, photos, crafts, souvenirs and optional services


 

  • Health Advices and Restrictions

We Go Mexico expeditions are available to anyone in good health and shape. However, some activities require certain effort, capability and minimum skills.
By sending a deposit toward your trip purchase, you certify that you do not have any physical condition or disability that would create a hazard for you or other travellers. Please consult your doctor. Our expeditions are not recomended for people with severe physical handicaps, heart diseases, pregnant women and people under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Suitable for all ages between 0 - 100

Maximum weight recomended: 250 lb /120 kg


 

  • Insurance

For your tranquility and safety, our trips are backed up by a 24-hour a day safety net and with emergency logistics in place in the event that they should ever be required. Our staff is well trained in all the scheduled activities and our equipment is maintained to the highest standards tested to ensure strength and quality. Even though we have reduced all risks to the minimum, accidents can happen; We Go Mexico provides all passengers with full support during the trip but it is mandatory and strongly recomended that all participants previously obtain full insurance coverage for each and every participant including loss of deposit and trip cancellation, baggage loss protection, sickness and accidents that may involve injury or death and Out-of-Country medical coverage along with emergency evacuation coverage.Participants must send to We Go Mexico a copy of the insurance Policies of all passengers as soon as available prior to departure.
Insurance coverage is sole and exclusive responsibility of the participant.

 

  • Responsabilities of Trip Members

Participants have certain responsibilities towards We Go Mexico and other trip members and obliges to fully respect the company rules and mexican laws and to follow all We Go Mexico staff instructions at all times. All participants are required to respect other travellers and shall not interfere with the activities and enjoyment of any other participant.

Each traveler is responsible for understanding the conditions implied in the trip Itinerary and selecting a trip (in coordination with We go Mexico) that is appropriate to their interests and abilities, and for preparing for the trip by studying the trip Itinerary and aditional information sent by We Go Mexico.
It is the participant´s responsability that a flight itinerary, including arrival and departure information is properly provided to We Go Mexico as soon as possible. It is mandatory to have the complete information on time to arrange your transfer schedules. All Terms and Conditions shall apply to all participants.

If a participant has paid to We Go Mexico on behalf of any other participant under the age of 18 (hereinafter refered to as “the minor”), the participant who has provided payment shall be deemed to represent, confirm and covenant that he is not under the age of 18, that is has fully advised the minor about the terms and conditions contained herein, that the minor agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions contained herein, that it shall at all material times supervise the minor and assume all obligations of the minor together with the minor, that it is the minor lawful guardian, that it has advised the minor that the company bears no liability or responsability in favor of the minor, and that the minor has agreed to same. 

 

  • Photographic Records

We Go Mexico reserves the right to take film or photographic records of its expeditions and to use this material for commercial purposes.

This agreement and any rights, duties, obligations and litigations as between the parties of this agreement shall be governed by and interpreted solely in accordance with laws of the city of Cancun, state of Quintana Roo, Mexico and its Courts and no other jurisdiction.

I have read and understood this agreement and I am aware that by signing this agreement I am waiving certain legal rights (incluiding the right to sue) which I or my heirs, executors administrators and representatives may have or in the future against We Go Mexico, and its directors, employees, agents, sponsors and representatives.
