Airport - Hotel shuttle
 

1.- After passing migration, pick up your luggage and go directly to the exit where the Hired Transportation, Vans and Taxis parking lot is.

Check at any time after all your luggage, there will be lots of persons going to you trying to take your luggage and take you to their own transportation.  Don´t follow any other person or instructions.

If you need a porter to help you with your luggage, go to the official porters with airport ID visible and don´t let him out of your sight. (There are pretty honest but with the crowds, it may all turn confused).

2.- In the way out, search for We Go Mexico banner.

3.- Check with banner holder if the requested service is correct, he must show you the Transfer Service Order with your name and hotel information.

4.- We´ll take you to the Van.

5.- If you don´t see us immediately, stay close to the gate you just exit, don´t go around the airport, keep looking carefully for the We Go Mexico banner in between all the other cartels.

 

Passing through migration and customs at Cancun airport takes approximately 45 mins to 1 hour, we are considering that time until you come out. If you are taking more than 1 hr. to get out, please give us a phone call just to know you did arrive and you are still there. Whatever situation do not take a taxi or other transportation company as we´ll be there waiting just for you.

1.- Check out at your hotel front desk

2.- Check you have your plane tickets, passport and personal documents

3.- Check you have all your luggage with you

4.- Be at the hotel lobby gate 5 mins before pick up time
